"Stretch" founded ICP in 1997 while working with inner city youth in Portland, Oregon and continues to provide guidance for the organization. Coach Chatman is also the former Program Executive Director at Beaverton HOOP and has extensive volunteer experience and has contributed in that capacity at adidas, Nike and SEI.
