For years, the hotbeds for prep basketball existed in urban areas such as New York, Chicago, and Los Angeles. But as high school hoops has risen to mainstream consciousness, other parts of the country have emerged as must-visit areas for college coaches, recruiters, and hardcore fans, and the Pacific Northwest has unquestionably become one of the regions stacked with elite talent.

"Clash of the Classes" Ultimate All-American Experience � takes place in October at Lewis & Clark College and features the best players from the high school and middle school ranks from Oregon and Washington in two action-packed all-star games pitting the two states against one another. The action heats up first with the Elite Youth Clash of the Classes game with the top rising seventh and eighth graders and the evening concludes with the Elite High School Clash of the Classes contest with some of the nation�s elite prep ballers.
