Coach Rollins coaches and mentors youth, developing self-esteem, leadership skills, behavioral management skills, and peer respect/tolerance while building athletic/competitive proficiency. Other notable NFL player was James Allen drafted in 2002 as the 82nd overall pick for the New Orleans Saints.
